Happy Holiday Travels Ltd is a UK registered travel and visa support business. Unless we expressly state otherwise in your confirmation invoice, we act only as an intermediary and booking agent, connecting customers with third party travel suppliers and service providers, including airlines, tour operators, cruise companies, accommodation providers, insurers, and other international partners. All travel services are provided by those third parties and are subject to the relevant supplier’s own terms and conditions. Prices shown or quoted by us are based on the fees, availability, rules, and conditions set by those suppliers, and may change until the booking is confirmed and payment is accepted in accordance with the supplier’s terms.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Where we assist you in obtaining travel insurance, we do so only as an intermediary by introducing you to an insurance provider or broker and facilitating the purchase process. The insurance contract is between you and the insurer (or broker) named on the policy documents, and all cover, exclusions, limits, eligibility, and claims are subject to that insurer’s terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the policy meets your needs, including cover for pre existing medical conditions, cancellations, delays, activities such as winter sports or water sports, and any destination specific requirements. We do not provide insurance advice and we are not responsible for the insurer’s decisions, claim outcomes, or any refusal, reduction, or delay of cover or claims.

Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities and embassies. We do not control visa outcomes and we do not guarantee that a visa will be granted or that an application will not be refused. Our role is limited to administrative support such as booking appointments where available, organising and reviewing supporting documents, assisting with application preparation, and providing guidance based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents submitted, and you will sign the relevant paperwork and or submit the online application yourself unless a lawful authorised representative submission is agreed in writing. By using our services, you acknowledge that refusal, delay, cancellation, or additional requirements imposed by authorities are outside our control and do not create liability for Happy Holiday Travels Ltd.

Car rental bookings are fulfilled by third party rental providers and are subject to the provider’s availability and rental terms at the time of collection. In most cases, vehicle selection is confirmed as “a car in that class or similar” rather than a guaranteed make or model. If the specific vehicle shown or requested is not available at pick up, the provider may supply an alternative vehicle of a similar class, or in some cases an upgrade or downgrade, in line with their standard policies and international industry practice. This substitution is a normal feature of car rental services and is not, by itself, a basis for a claim against Happy Holiday Travels Ltd where we act only as an intermediary.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
